We require payment card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers, and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £15pp fee.
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies, or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.
All tables are allocated a 2 hour dining time.
Please do not arrive with more people in your party than you have booked for; we cannot guarantee availability.
If you are running late please let us know; we can hold a table for 15 minutes but will have release it if we haven’t heard from you.
We’re an independent restaurant and therefore rely on reservations being honoured to ensure our continued success. We kindly ask that – should you need to modify or cancel your reservation – you do so as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
For the safety of our guests and staff alike you must comply with our Covid-19 guidelines. Failure to do so may result in refusal to be served.
None of the guests in your party can dine with us if they are displaying any symptoms linked with COVID-19.
All guests in your party must wear a face covering at all times, apart from when seated.
On arrival please follow the social distancing instructions displayed at the restaurant.
Please remain at your allocated table and do not move furniture around.
